Be Creative Again is an eight-session course in a small, supportive group setting designed to reawaken your creative instincts by reconnecting you with the feeling of being actively creative, rather than chasing a polished final product. Through guided research, idea generation, and hands-on making, you'll build a tactile sketchbook that becomes a lasting toolbox for future creative projects. The course treats doubt, getting stuck, and "bad" ideas as a normal part of the process rather than failures, offering strategies and feedback to help you move through them. Equal value is placed on process and product, encouraging you to ease expectations and stay present with the work itself. By the end, you'll have tangible proof of your renewed practice — a sketchbook, a toolbox of skills and resources, and a community of like-minded creatives.
This course restarts your creativity in an intimate group setting, helping you rediscover the joy of following your imagination, drawing on research, and making tangible marks. You'll create a tactile sketchbook of ideas, samples, and inspirations to dip into for future projects, working from the belief that no idea is a bad one. As you open up about past creative obstacles, you'll form a supportive community where shared doubt gives everyone permission to seek feedback and see things differently. By the end, you'll have an essential toolbox of skills, resources, and materials to carry into your future creative journeys, reflecting your purpose and your inner world.
What people say...
“I had the opportunity to work with Monika a few years ago in Copenhagen, being part of an international sewing / creative group she was running for an EU initiative. It was an absolutely fantastic experience for me, and I believe for everyone else who took part. We were a really mixed group of people, different countries, languages and cultures, all at different skill levels and project idea development. Monika worked with us individually and as a group and somehow managed to facilitate us getting the best out of ourselves, regardless of our ability and ambition – it was most impressive. She inspired all of us to believe we could make and achieve what we wanted, however big or small our plans. It was collaborative, supportive, energising and truly set me up with the next few concrete steps I needed to advance my project and helped me see the future clearer. A really great experience.”

“In 2024 I was a student in the course “Be creative again”.
I value my experience in the course very much, Monika has been such a gentle and determined guide. Thanks to her support and the intimate group of like minded people, I reconnected with a side of myself that I had ignored for a while, getting back to my passions of drawing and photography. And surprisingly, the whole process worked in general in my life too, making me think more creatively and making me feel more awaken, much more present and receptive.
Monika is very empathetic and always knew what to do whenever I felt lost in the process, as well as stimulating my curiosity and challenging me to go beyond what was already comfortable.
I highly recommend the course with Monika to anyone who wants to reconnect with their creative skills, on top of enjoying the journey with a competent and caring person who truly wants to see you succeed.
I got in touch with Monika again in late 2025. I wanted more exansion in life. I embarked on a further one -to-one journey. I am now practicing “ living creatively” . It is never too late.”
