Our next course…
Our next course starts in late September and runs until Christmas - the perfect gift to give yourself this year. You'll head into the new year full of motivation, with fresh ideas, and a calmer mindset.
Please see below for details on how to book.
Course Structure
8 live online sessions, 1.5 hours each, held every two weeks.
8 modules — each one helps you notice more about your creative process, explore new ideas, and pause to reflect with the group (if needed).
Small groups of up to 8 participants, so everyone has space to speak and share.
No recordings, handouts, or forms — just you, showing up.
Your own creative space — however small or unusual. It's your studio for 3 months: a piece of wall, a box of curios, a few sketchbooks, simple art materials, your kid's desk, the kitchen table, a cozy café corner, a park bench, or your lunch-break spot.
A buddy system — you'll pair up for support and can check in with each other between sessions.
Set aside 4–5 hours between sessions for homework. Why does this matter? Because nurturing your creativity takes a little self-discipline. It's simply about showing up for yourself, gently and consistently — because that commitment is where reconnecting with your creativity begins.
Follow-up emails after each session with suggestions for your homework. I've got your back — it's my role to support you through this experimental journey.
Feel free to write to me between sessions whenever you face doubt, lack of time, or feel lost. Feeling a little lost is part of living a creative life — you're in the right place, and we'll reflect on that together.
We'll meet on Zoom — make sure it's installed on your computer, and find a quiet spot at your desk to join us.
